Paleo Habanero Chicken and Fried Avocado Tacos

Serves: 4-6

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 14 minutes

Ingredients:

Get my fried avocado recipe/ingredients here

  • 4 chicken breasts, butterflied

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • Habanero Sauce (I use my fav brand Siete)

  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  • green chilis, diced

  • Cashew Queso (I use my fav brand Siete)

  • Siete Tortillas (or any other grain-free tortilla)

Directions:

  1. While the avocados are baking, heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, lime juice, and chipotle sauce. The amount of the Chipotle sauce is based on your personal preference. I used about I/2 a cup on the four chicken breast.

  2. Cook the chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked through and no longer pink at the center. Slice into fajita strips.

  3. In a medium skillet, warm up your tortillas, then top them with the chicken, red onion, green chilis, and the cashew queso.
